Buzz is that the Bareilly Ki Barfi star will play the role of a cop in Abhinav Sinha's next.

According to reports, the actor has flown to Lucknow to begin the shooting of the film.

A source close to the development told a daily, So far, Ayushmann has played a variety of characters set in real-life worlds but with individual personalities and intrinsic problems. In Anubhav’s film, he gets to play the coveted part of a cop. Ayushmann will film for this movie entirely in Lucknow.
